We collect your name, email address, phone number, bank payout details, and responses to market research questions. Answers provided during surveys are aggregated and anonymized before delivery to commercial research partners.
2. Banking & Payment Information
Your bank account numbers are stored securely with account number masking applied across all non-administrative views (e.g. ******6789). Credit card details for the ₦6,200 withdrawal fee are handled exclusively on PCI-DSS certified Paystack payment gateways; PayWave never captures, transmits, or stores full card details.
3. Row Level Security & Access Control
All user records, transaction logs, and survey submissions are strictly partitioned using PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only read and manage their own authorized records.
